A medical doctor and multidisciplinary leader with over a decade building and leading teams across medicine, insurance, and public health.
I work where clinical care meets organisational leadership — turning medical insight into systems, policies, and teams that serve people well.
Few leaders move fluently between the discipline of medicine and the demands of the boardroom. I'm a physician who has done exactly that — leading across hospital operations, health insurance, pharmaceutical medical affairs, and international humanitarian health, where the stakes are measured in both lives and outcomes.
That range is deliberate. Alongside my medical degree, I hold advanced qualifications in law, business, public policy, and management accounting — an uncommon combination that lets me read a patient chart, a regulation, and a balance sheet with equal fluency, and build organisations that are clinically excellent and financially sound.
I lead with vision and a practical hand, and I finish what I start. Whether directing a claims operation, advising a boardroom, or strengthening health systems in the world's most demanding settings, my purpose stays constant: to raise the standard of care, and to help the people and organisations around me reach their very best.
Six areas where a clinical background and a management toolkit compound into real capability.
Setting clinical strategy and running the day-to-day — policy, protocols, resourcing, and quality — so care stays excellent and operations stay efficient.
Leading claims operations end to end: adjudication, provider networks, utilisation review, fraud prevention, and the analytics that inform decisions.
Bringing clinical judgement to pharma, insurance, and boards — medical strategy, KOL engagement, and clinical governance that stands up to scrutiny.
Designing and delivering OHS training and programmes — risk assessment, infection control, emergency preparedness, and a genuine safety culture.
Keeping organisations aligned with medical, legal, and regulatory standards while continuously raising the quality of what they deliver.
Leading, mentoring, and growing multidisciplinary teams — clinicians, analysts, and operators — toward a shared standard of excellence.
